Equipment Purpose:

Vibration testing machines simulate mechanical vibration environments in laboratory conditions to test the impact strength and reliability of various products in vibration test applications. DIGITAL VIBRATION CONTROLLER

The VCS series vibration controller has a full range of vibration test functions, enabling vibration tests such as random, sinusoidal sweep, resonance search and dwell, classical shock, sinusoidal-random, random-random, narrowband random-sinusoidal, shock response spectrum control, transient simulation, and road spectrum simulation on electrodynamic or hydraulic vibration tables. The control software runs on Windows 7/10 with a user-friendly interface and convenient operation. The system also provides comprehensive test process management, data indication, and test report generation functions, making testing more convenient and reliable.

 

The vibration controller adopts a modular design and distributed data processing scheme, making it easy to expand channels and test functions. It consists of a 32-bit high-speed dual DSP processing structure, low-noise circuit design technology, 24-bit A/D and D/A hardware, and a high-speed USB 2.0 data communication circuit. The control software with adaptive control algorithms is powerful, elevating the technical performance of the vibration control system to a new level.

HEAD EXPANDERS (Vertical Expansion Platform Components)

The expansion platform is cast from magnesium alloy to provide expansion for the moving coil. With a reasonable and scientific design, the testing machine can achieve a maximum frequency of 2 kHz. SLIP TABLE (Horizontal Oil-Film Slip Table Components)

The functional structure of the horizontal slip table enables easy and trouble-free testing of large and heavy specimens. By rotating the vibration table to the horizontal position, it breaks through the limitations of conventional vibration tests. The rigid integral structure and the table's air damping guiding system increase the system's reaction force mass, minimizing interference vibration from the surrounding environment. The linear guiding system ensures the high strength of the slip table and minimizes cross-vibration caused by specimen asymmetry. The hydrostatic pressure system makes it possible to conduct vibration tests on large and heavy specimens, which often generate significant sideslip, tumbling, and overturning moments due to their high center of gravity.

Vertical electromagnetic vibration tables cannot test heavy, large-sized specimens or those with a high center of gravity that cause significant sideslip, tumbling, and overturning moments. Such specimens often overstress the vibration table's suspension system, leading to system damage. Therefore, there is an increasing demand for slip table systems in vibration testing to enable horizontal testing on the original system for larger and heavier test loads.
