Appliance: The battery washing tester uses circulating water or other appropriate liquid to wash the battery through a nozzle or immersion method. a).Solution: Prepare a solution with a PH value of 11.0±0.1 (NaOH solution with a mass fraction of 0.004% can be used) and heat the solution to 45°C ±2°C; b).Soaking: The test sample is fixed on the rotating device (as below picture), and then the sample is placed in the solution (the center of the battery is 300mm±10mm from the liquid level) for 0.5h, and the temperature of the solution is kept at 45 ℃±2 ℃ during the test; c).Stirring: the sample is fixed on the rotating device and rotated in the solution for 0.5h at the speed of 60r/min; d).Dehydration: Remove the solution and rotate for 10min at 800r/min; e).Drying: Place the sample in a high temperature box and heat it for 0.5h at a heating temperature of 45 ℃±2 ℃; f).If the sample can continue to charge and discharge, the test shall be completed after one cycle for discharge and charging cycle according to the battery spec mentioned method; while if the sample can no longer charge and discharge, the test should be terminated, and the sample should not ignite or explode. |
